Trial in Civil Litigation

Civil litigation is attached with property.
Civil trial is conducted at two forums viz: in Board of Revenue and in civil courts. The trial which is conducted by Board of Revenue is done by the revenue department. Member board is the highest appeal forum of the board of revenue. If any aggrieved person wants to file an appeal, he submit his appeal before the Honorable High Court.
The second type of trial is conducted by the Courts. This type of trial is conducted at three forums viz: Civil courts, District Court and lastly High Court. In trial of civil courts contains following steps;

1. Plaint
2. Summons.
3. Written Statement.
4. Framing of issued.
5. Evidence.
6. Arguments.
7. Judgement/Decree

These are the steps on which the trial is conducted.  Without these steps trial cannot be completed. Judge is duty bound to conduct the trial on the basis of these steps.

Politics and Politicians.

What is the meaning of election? Is anybody knows about it. I think 99.9% people did not know about the meaning of election. Till today people of Pakistan do not show their patriotism through elections. Because the majority of voters are uneducated and those who are educated, they are under the influence of uneducated and wadeera`s. This is the miserable thing which is happened with the Pakistan.

Why all politicians ran in the ground of politics because they are all hunger for the power and protocols. Every politician wants the prime minister ship or the seat of cabinet. If they ask one question by themselves that (are we took full responsibility of IQTIDARE ALLA or not?). Khulfa-e-Rashidein thinks that we are not eligible for taking this responsibility of the whole nation . I am taking about the Khulfa-e-Rashidein. Now in Pakistan all politicians are finding themselves eligible for taking the responsibility of the whole nation and this is the miserable thing which is happened with our country.

Sleep under the Sky.

Mostly poor people sleeps outside in open air under the sky with glowing Stars and with shining moon. It is the God favour (Nemat) and He blessed all the people who are living on this earth with it with no difference, if he is rich or poor. The rich people sleeps under the concrete roof fixing some artificial stars and for the the cold air, they use air conditioner. Actually they are trying to make the same atmosphere which is God made but they are mad who are thinking like that, they can make that atmosphere. Actually people become more materialistic. Sleeping under the sky is like a heave-nary atmosphere. The cold and sweat moon light and breeze refreshes the body and removes all the stress and depression from body and give calmness and  a pure sweat dose in a shape of blessing. When i was a child and i do not goes for sleep due to the lackness of doze than i starts counting the stars . After the counting the stars i did not knows when i slept. Allah almighty blessed us so many kinds of things but we did not use them for our better life. It is our fault, to get no benefit from such kind of these things.
Allah gives us the strength to get get benefits from nature.

Book reading

Book is a companion of lonliness. The habit of book reading is very good for all the ages of people. Book reading is also adopted as the hobby like gardening,stamp collection e.t.c. In this era our youth didnt follow this kind of a hobby, because of lack of counselling. Our youth follows bad habbits rather than good one like book reading. Due to the lack of book reading habbit youth goes for bad habbits like smoking, taking drugs, alcohol and so many other things like these. The nation who adopted this habbit, that nation always did progress in every prospect and those nations always rules on the other nations like us. In Jews culture, when the girl parents goes for the boy for their doughter they do not consider the character of the boy, they do not think about the boys parents  money, house and balla balla, they only go to the boys room and only watch the boys book shelf and consider which kind of books he read. Because they knows the importance of books and their power. Now they rule on the world. It is also the negligence of our government who did not give the awareness to the nation and they also do not work in this field. Government must think about this field and made libraries in every town,street and also launch a strong compaign about the book reading. Government also organizes the book fairs in every city.
If we want to become super power then we have to adobted the book reading habbit as a hobby. This is the only arm which had no alternative in the defence. Come on our talented and motivated youth lets begins this hobby and made our Country progressive.

Importance of Education.

Education is key which makes the man perfect and lead him to the skies of success. Islam focused a lot in the field of education and says that it is necessary for both male and female to get education. But unfortunately we forget our this lesson which is the key point to success. In the early days if islam, the educated person has a chance to go free but in return he teaches ten muslims. This also shows how the education is necessary. The first verse which reveales to Hazrat Muhammad (p.b.u.h) is IQRA BIS MI RABI KALA ZI KHALAQ. Which also directed to the importance of education. The fastest way for the welfare and progress of the society is only education. Please focus on the education . Give and gain the best of the best education.

Darkness of loadshedding

Load shedding pulls the World in the darkness. In 21st century loading shedding means “No Light No Life". Humans are running on electricity because we depands on light alot. It is not the problem of only Pakistan but lot of countries are facing it. Our governments could not solve the
Problem. In this era economy depends on the light.where economy is not strong then it means that country is in danger. So save energy and produce energy with natural resources which are not harm full for the atmosphere.
